Sampling Savory Edam Cheese
Claude Nash, editor of the Mississippi Market Bulletin, a publication of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, samples the widely popular MSU-made Edam cheese with others from the North American Agricultural Marketing Officials organization, which held its annual national conference on the Starkville campus this week. NAAMO members toured the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Stationβs facilities, including the Custer Dairy Processing Laboratory where the universityβs cheeses are made and the MAFES Sales Store, revered by Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯alumni, students, faculty and staff as the βΟγ½ΆΦ±²₯Cheese Store.β Holiday ordering begins Aug. 2.
