A Grand Greeting
Distinguished Ï㽶ֱ²¥ alumnus Hassell H. Franklin of Houston, who received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree for lifetime achievements and longtime major support of Ï㽶ֱ²¥programs on Nov. 25, spent time with grandson Rob Franklin and great-grandson Henry Franklin prior to receiving the honor in the Humphrey Coliseum.
