MAMA awards majority of car manufacturing scholarships to seven Ļć½¶Ö±²„students

STARKVILLE, Miss.āMississippi State students are claiming a majority of scholarships this year awarded by the Mississippi Automotive Manufacturers Association. Ģż
Of nine university scholarships presented this year by MAMA to help grow the stateās automotive industry, seven are supporting Ļć½¶Ö±²„students interested in this field. Since its inception in 2006, the association has awarded more than $400,000 scholarships to 243 Mississippi college students.
MAMA works to improve the stateās automotive industry by promoting its growth and development, while serving as a forum for automotive manufacturers throughout state. The scholarships are awarded based on academic achievements, essays and an expressed interest in the automotive industry.
