STARKVILLE, Miss.ā€”Twenty-one upperclassmen from Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia and Tennessee are leaders of Ļć½¶Ö±²„ā€™s 2018-19 orientation programs.

Working with the Office of Orientation and Events, Ļć½¶Ö±²„Orientation Leaders provide assistance and share their knowledge of the 140-year-old land-grant institution with incoming freshmen and transfer studentsā€”and their parentsā€”during each of the school yearā€™s many registration and information sessions.

Selected from 50 applicants, this yearā€™s Orientation Leaders participated in a rigorous screening process and also are required to take a concentrated course that prepares them to welcome the newest members of the Bulldog family to campus.
