STARKVILLE, Miss.āNearly a dozen Mississippi State administrators have completed an inaugural professional development program for university leaders.
The Administratorās Development Program provides formal training and facilitates the development of professional relationships across the university. The curriculum includes basic human resources skills for administrators; strategic and creative thinking; fiscal operations; setting expectations; improving influence; developing teams; and performance management.
Darrell Easley, learning and development manager for Ļć½¶Ö±²„Human Resources Management, said it is critical to develop employees at every level.
